What is it: A strength and conditioning coach is a fitness and physical performance professional who uses exercise prescription specifically to improve performance in athletic competition. Strength coaches also help athletes with injury prevention and proper mechanics within their sporting performances. Our Fibre Tense Movement, Sports Conditioning & Personal Training packages are designed for and tailored to any individual or group, regardless of fitness level, ambition, capability and sporting or exercise discipline.
